# Error: "XXXXXXX is not subscribed to the service provided by IntegrationGateway"

## Symptom

Why I am receiving the error SAP Business Network Response is :"Forbidden" and Error Code:"403" and Error Code Response:"Error:From XXXXXXX is not subscribed to the service provided by IntegrationGateway Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in SAP Business Network.For further assistance, please contact Ariba Support with the code mentioned in Response.Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Support Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644 while sending the documents to the CIG.

## Cause

Your SAP Business supplier account does not have **Managed Gateway for Spend Network** is enabled.

## Resolution

Kindly enable the **Managed Gateway for Spend Network** for your account and then try to resend the documents.
