Why does my Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project changes are not applied to the runtime documents?

Why does the Cross Reference value data in my Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project not reflected in the outbound payload in my Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Transaction Tracker?

• Edit Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project.
• Click Next until the Confirm button appears.
• Click Confirm > Save and Close.

With the steps above, the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project changes will be correctly deployed and the changes will be applicable at runtime.

• For a Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Project with Status > In Testing, if you just click Save and Close without Confirm button, any changes done to the Project will not take affect at runtime.
