# How do I configure my email notification preferences as a supplier in SAP Business Network?

## Symptom

I need to configure my email notification preferences in SAP Business Network. How can I do that?

## Environment

SAP Business Network

## Resolution

To configure your email notifications preferences as a supplier:

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click **\[User Initials\]** > **Settings** > **Account Administration** > **Notifications**.
2. Click the tabs at the top to select the desired configuration section: **General**, **Network**, **Discovery**.
   1. Select the checkbox to enable notification types and enter the email address in the provided input field.
   2. You can stop a particular notification by unchecking the box next to the specific notification type.
3. Click **Save**.

To set up email notifications for purchase orders:

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click **\[User Initials\]** > **Settings** > **Transactions** > **Electronic Order Routing**.
2. Under **Routing Method** column, select **Email** and update the email address in the field next to **Email address**.
3. Under **Notifications** section, select the checkbox to enable notification types and enter the email address in the provided input field.
4. Click **Save**.

To set up email notifications for invoices:

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click **\[User Initials\]** > **Settings** > **Transactions** > **Electronic Invoice Routing**.
2. Click **General**.
3. Under **Routing Method** column, select **Email** and update the email address in the field next to **Email address**.
4. Under **Notifications** section, select the checkbox to enable notification types and enter the email address in the provided input field.
5. Click **Save**.

Please note, to set up notification settings for multiple users, Kindly follow below steps:

1. Enter email addresses with a comma and no spaces.
2. Click **Save** when finished.
