How do I reset / change my SAP Business Network Supplier Account password?

1. Ariba Network 계정에 로그인합니다.
2. 응용프로그램의 오른쪽 위 모서리에서 이니셜을 클릭하고 내 계정을 선택합니다.
3. 암호 변경을 클릭합니다(사용자 이름 아래 페이지 맨 위에 표시됨).
4. 현재 암호 필드에 현재 암호를 입력하고 새 암호 및 암호 확인 필드에 설정할 새 암호를 입력합니다.
5. 암호 저장을 클릭합니다.

현재 암호를 잊은 경우 아래 단계에 따라 암호를 재설정합니다.

1. 공급자 로그인 페이지로 이동합니다.
2. 암호를 클릭합니다.
3. 전자우편 주소 필드에 전자우편 주소를 입력합니다.
4. 제출을 클릭합니다.

암호를 재설정하는 링크가 포함된 전자우편이 전송됩니다. 전자우편이 수신되면 다음 단계를 완료합니다.

1. 전자우편에 있는 링크를 클릭하여 암호 재설정 페이지를 엽니다.
2. 새 암호 및 암호 확인 필드에 새 암호를 입력합니다.
3. 제출을 클릭합니다.

위의 단계를 따른 후 암호를 재설정할 수 없거나 로그인할 수 없으면 SAP Ariba 지원에 추가적인 지원을 문의하십시오.

암호는 대소문자, 숫자 및 특수 문자를 포함하여 8자 이상이어야 합니다.

Please do not hit the Enter key on your keyboard as this can cause issues with updating the new password. Once you click on the Submit button, you should be brought to a page confirming that your new password has been updated successfully.

If you are unable to reset your password or sign in after following the above steps, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.

Passwords must:

• contain between 8 and 32 characters
• include at least one lowercase letter
• include at least one uppercase letter
• include at least one numeric digit
• include at least one special character. The special characters permitted are !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_`{|}~

The password cannot have repetitive or sequential characters. For example, Booook9876&, P1234#unit.

Passwords may also contain Latin characters. Passwords are case-sensitive.
