SAP Ariba Purchasing and Receiving

1. The common and partitioned supplier records are not present in Ariba Buying solution. In this scenario the supplier will not show up in Guided Buying at all.
2. In Guided Buying, supplier visibility is not controlled in the same manner as in Ariba Buying solution. In GB it is driven by Purchasing Unit and PurchaseOrg. In this scenario suppliers might only be available to the users, whose PurchaseOrg and Purchasing Unit are matching with the suppliers' POrg and PU.

1. Import/create common and partitioned supplier records in Ariba Buying for the supplier that needs to be available in Guided Buying.
2. Assign the user for whom the supplier in question is not visible in GB the same PurchaseOrg as the supplier has assigned. In case the supplier has a Purchasing Unit assigned, it needs to be assigned to the user as well.
