As a buyer, how can I locate the supplier’s ANID and administrator contact information?

If you have a relationship with the supplier, you can locate their ANID and administrator contact information in your SAP Business Network Buyer account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your SAP Business Network Buyer account.
2. From the home screen, click on Supplier Enablement menu > Active Relationships.
3. Click on the Classic View button in the upper right corner.
4. Under Current Suppliers, enter the supplier company name and click Search.
5. Click on the supplier name > Download supplier's extended profile.

Open the downloaded file in Excel and look for the following columns:

• Column B for the supplier ANID.
• Columns K and L for the supplier administrator first name and last name.
• Column X for the supplier administrator email address.

If you do not have a relationship with the supplier yet, the information can be found following the steps below:

1. Log in to your SAP Business Network Buyer account.
2. From the home screen, click on Supplier Enablement menu > Manage Vendors.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click in Search for Suppliers button.
4. Add the Company Name and Country/Region for that supplier > Search.
5. A list of suppliers with that name/region will appear and the ANID will be visible.
6. The administrator details can be found by clicking in the Request Relationship option.
