## Symptom

How do I reactivate an organization profile?

## Resolution

To activate an organization profile, please follow the steps below:

1. Click **Manage** > **Administration**
2. Click **Supplier and Customer Manager** > **Organizations**
3. Click **Search** > **Suppliers and Customers**
4. Search for the **Organization Name** with the **Active** filter set to **Either**

You will see the deactivated organization in the results list with the name grayed out. To reactivate, click **Actions** > **Activate**.
