**答案**

1. 单击**工作台** > **订单**（或其他基于订单的拼贴）。
2. 单击想要发货的订单编号。
3. 从订单详细信息页面的顶部或底部单击创建发货通知。
4. 在发货通知标题部分，输入客户指定的所需信息（标记有星号\*）。

可能需要的字段说明以及在这些字段中可以执行的操作如下：

- 为了帮助您识别和搜索您发送的文档，您可以在供应商参考字段中添加内部参考代码。这可以采用任何形式。例如，它可能是一个数字或正在处理该订单的人员的名字。
- 在项目部分中，下列其中一项：
  - 对于每个行项目，在发货量字段中，输入此发货中包含的该项目的编号。
  - 为指示此发货中不包含任何特定项目，请单击该行项目右侧的删除链接。这将从当前发货通知中删除项目，但不会从源订购单中删除此项目。此项目仍可用于未来发货通知。
- 在批次标识符字段中输入制作每个项目的批次的标识符编号。
- 如果您需要在行项目级别添加发货信息，请单击行项目的详细信息以显示创建发货通知发货详细信息页面。
- 要输入危险物质说明，请输入要发货的危险物质的说明，从代码类型菜单中选择一种有害物质代码系统，然后输入代码。
- 要更改交货条款，请在交货信息部分中输入所需的信息。
- 要输入序列号或资产信息，请输入项目的序列号或资产标签，然后单击添加。根据需要重复以添加更多序列号或资产标签。

要提交，请单击**下一步**，然后单击**提交**。

**附加信息**

如果订单包含高级定价详细信息，则 Ariba Network 在创建发货通知时会显示行项目的定价详细信息。如果客户将订单上的项目标记为已完成，则此项目将出现以下警告：采购商已将其标记为已完成。

此警告不会阻止您提交发货通知。

If the order contains advanced pricing details, SAP Business Network shows the pricing details for the line items when you create ship notices. If the customer flagged an item as completed on the order, the following warning appears for the item: The buyer has marked this as Completed.

This warning does not prevent you from submitting the ship notice.
