How do I download the cXML information for a Purchase Order (PO) or Order Confirmation (OC) in SAP Business Network Enterprise Account?

## Resolution

- Steps for download PO CXML:

The **Export cXML** option is available under an icon in the purchase order visualization, grouped together with other export options.

In order to export the cXML document for your PO, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in your SAP Business Network account
2. Click **Orders** > **Orders and Releases**
3. Navigate to the PO for which you would like to export the cXML document
4. Click the **arrow icon** in the top right of the purchase order heading > **Export cXML**

- Steps for download OC CXML:

The **Export cXML** option is available under in the order confirmation ID visualization.

In order to export the cXML document for your OC, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in your SAP Business Network account
2. Click **Fulfillment**> **Order Confirmations**
3. Navigate to the OC for which you would like to export the cXML document
4. Click the **Export cXML** in the top left of the order confirmation heading
