I have already seen the suppliers' submitted responses in my sourcing event and the participants' status appear as Participated on the Suppliers tab, however, now they do not appear on the Content tab. Where did my participants' responses go?
If you have previously seen participants' responses on the Content tab but they no longer appear, this may be related to a recent update you made to the event.
Before taking any steps listed below, first confirm you are not viewing the draft version of the event. This will show the event along with any unpublished changes, but you will not see any existing responses. If you see a Monitor Published Event button at the top, you can click this and then the Content tab to see the responses.
If you still do not see the responses, they may have inadvertently been deleted during a recent update you made. To confirm if this is the case, you'll need to check your change history.
When monitoring the published event:
There is currently no way to retrieve the lost responses as the system is designed to completely remove this information, and your participants will need to resubmit their answers. If your participants utilized the Excel Import feature, they will simply need to re-import the same file as before, but if they entered the responses manually they will need to do this again.
As a best practice, unless you are intentionally removing existing responses for the purpose of starting over, the option to Do not keep, and do not email should never be chosen. Keep but do not email is the best option to choose to ensure all responses remain while also not sending a notification email to the participants.
