How do I export form data for reporting? Is it possible to report the SAP Ariba Guided Buying Custom Forms in Analytical Reports?

Form data is not automatically available as a report. It must be manually exported using the standard export functionality provided by the system.

There is no analytical report exists to export custom form data, just the Custom forms in Classic Approval workflow could be reportable with certain information in the Analytical Reports in the Approvals fact.

Form administrators can export form data to a CSV file. Data for the selected form is downloaded in a CSV file. The filename reflects the name of the form.

Users who belong to the Custom Form Administrator group can perform this task.

Procedure

1. On the dashboard, click Manage > Core Administration.
2. Choose Forms and Extensions Manager > Forms and Extensions.
3. Find the form for which you want to export data.
4. Click Actions > Download report.
5. Choose one of the following options:
   • Complete data to download complete form data.
   • Specified time range data to download limited data for the defined time range. Select the From and To date using a date tool.
6. Select the Document status from the list.
7. Click Download.
