Where can I download a copy of my SAP Business Network subscription fees invoice?

To download a copy of a paid or pending Ariba Invoice:

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Service Subscriptions.
2. Click Invoices (or Statements for Quadrem accounts).
3. Click Open or Paid to select the invoice type.
4. Click More (three dots icon).
5. Click Invoice PDF.

After downloading the invoice, you may save the file to your desktop or choose to print a copy for your records.

For a breakdown of your invoice total, click Transaction Activity Report.

Please note: to view and manage your company's SAP Ariba subscriptions you must to be an Administrator or have the Premium Membership and Services Management role assigned to you.
