I was invited to a sourcing event, but the name of my company is not correct.

• Your organization possibly has a name similar to that of a company already registered on the buyer's site, and they assumed the two companies were the same.
• The buyer added your user to the wrong company profile on their site.
• The buyer registered your company's name incorrectly, with a spelling error or typo.

If the organization profile is connected to an ANID, additional steps will need to be taken to ensure you do not have a username associated with the wrong company account.

1. Contact the buyer to inform them of this issue.
2. Request the buyer to deactivate your user in the wrong profile and either create a new profile for your company or, if your company is already registered on their site, set up a new user for you on the correct profile.

You may need to register a new ANID once you receive an invitation from the buyer. If you submitted responses in events using the incorrect account, you can download your response history for previous events. However, to register your participation appropriately, you will need to submit your responses again using the correct account.

If the organization profile is not connected to an ANID:

1. Ask the buyer to update your company information in the profile on their site.
2. Ask them to send the new invitation link through the updated profile.
3. Establish a connection to them by clicking the invitation link and registering a new account or signing into an existing one.
4. Ask the buyer to deactivate the user incorrectly created.

If you already created an account with the incorrect data (ANID and/or company), please contact the administrator from that other company.
