# Error: "UnitOfMeasure element at OrderRequest.ItemOut.ItemDetail.PriceBasisQuantity cannot be null or blank" in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network

## Symptom

When I send an Order Request from my SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA to SAP Business Network it fails in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network with the following error message:

SAP Business Network Responded with error :Bad Request and Error Code:400 and Error Code Response:Error:UnitOfMeasure element at OrderRequest.ItemOut.ItemDetail.PriceBasisQuantity cannot be null or blank Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-120000000000000001744397685 for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in SAP Business Network.For further assistance, please contact Ariba Support with the code mentioned in Response.Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Support Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644

## Cause

This occurs because you have not maintained the Order Request Parameter in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network project with default language, and you have not set the project to **In Testing** status.
