# 错误：“PO-11：无法传送订单。PO 状态的终端错误码：FE-28”订购单失败

## 症状

Purchase Order (PO) fails with the error message:

PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: FE-28

After this error, there may be another error message like the ones listed below:

Unrecognized email response received from the supplier.  
550 5.1.1 email@ariba,com: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table  
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied  
554 rejecting banned content  
552 size limit exceeded  
550 Too many invalid recipients  
550 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation  
5.2.2 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:QuotaExceededException

## 原因

The email configured under the **Electronic Order Routing** settings is rejecting the email from Ariba. This could be due to the email server/firewall settings, an inactive email, or an automatic reply.

Please note: If POs are failed only from one buyer, check any [**Override Routing**](https://support.ariba.com/item/view/134564) settings.

## 解决方法

**问题**

订购单 (PO) 失败并显示以下错误消息：  
  
PO-11：无法传送订单。PO 状态的终端错误码：FE-28

发生此错误后，可能还会出现其他错误消息，如下所示：

- 从该供应商处收到了无法识别的电子邮件响应。
- 550 5.1.1 email@ariba,com：收件人地址被拒绝：本地收件人表中的用户未知
- 550 5.4.1 收件人地址被拒绝：访问被拒绝
- 554 拒绝禁止的内容
- 552 超出大小限制
- 550 太多无效收件人
- 550 5.7.0 本地政策违规

**解决方法**

您可以更改帐户的电子邮件设置：

1. 在 [https://supplier.ariba.com](https://supplier.ariba.com.) 登录您的帐户。
2. 在应用程序的右上角，单击*姓名首字母* > **公司设置** > **电子订单传送**。
3. 在此页面上编辑电子邮件地址。  
   您最多可以为任意通知添加 5 个地址。使用逗号分隔电子邮件，不得使用空格。
4. 单击**保存**。

您还可以查看电子邮件服务器，以查看电子邮件地址是否处于活动状态、是否设置了自动回复或任何防火墙设置是否阻止了电子邮件。

使用电子邮件设置解决问题后，您可以[重新发送失败的 PO](https://support.ariba.com/item/view/150942)。

**原因**

在**电子订单传送**设置下配置的电子邮件将拒绝来自 Ariba 的电子邮件。这可能是由于电子邮件服务器/防火墙设置、无效的电子邮件或自动回复所致。

请注意：如果仅从一个采购商处导致订购单失败，请检查任何[**覆盖传送**](https://support.ariba.com/item/view/134564)设置。
