How do I create a Customer Catalogs?

To create and upload a customer catalog, follow the instructions below:

1. 1. On the home dashboard, click Catalogs > Customer Catalogs > Create, enter a unique catalog name.
   2. Click Next
   3. Choose who should see your customer catalog:
      • Private: SAP Business Network makes your catalog visible only to customers that you specify.
      • Public: SAP Business Network makes your catalog visible to all customers.
   4. Click Next
   5. Click Choose File and upload your catalog file. (You can download the CIF file template or the example files from this step.)
   6. Click Validate and Publish

Note: You must be the account administrator or the user assigned with Catalog Account Executive, Catalog Content Manager, or Catalog Management permission to upload customer catalogs.
