How to create a catalog for my customer?

To create and upload a customer catalog, follow the instructions below:

  1. On the home dashboard, click Catalogs > Customer Catalogs > Create.
  2. Enter a unique catalog name and click Next.
  3. Choose who should see your catalog:
    • Private: SAP Business Network makes your catalog visible only to customers that you specify.
    • Public: SAP Business Network makes your catalog visible to all customers.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Choose File and upload your catalog file (see CIF file template for example files).
  6. Click Validate and Publish.

You must be the account administrator or the user assigned with Catalog Account Executive, Catalog Content Manager, or Catalog Management permission to upload customer catalogs.
