I want to unlink the Company Profile of a child account from the parent account because the child account’s profile is showing the same information as the parent. I do not have the option to edit the child account's company profile information.

When a child account’s Company Profile is linked to a parent account’s profile, the child account inherits the parent’s Company Profile data. Child account users are prevented from editing their own Company Profile.

Jak odłączyć profil firmy od konta podrzędnego?

1. W prawym górnym rogu aplikacji kliknij swoje inicjały > Ustawienia i wybierz Hierarchię kont.
2. Kliknij Czynności po prawej stronie powiązanego konta podrzędnego, które chcesz odłączyć.
3. Kliknij Usuń powiązanie profilu firmy.

Jeśli chcesz zupełnie odłączyć konto od Twojej hierarchii kont, kliknij Usuń powiązanie konta. Kiedy konto nadrzędne i konto podrzędne mają powiązany profil, wszystkie informacje w nadrzędnym profilu firmy są odzwierciedlane w podrzędnym profilu, a użytkownicy podrzędnego konta nie mogą edytować informacji.

Please note that a child account can be connected to a parent account without having the Company Profile linked. In this case, the company profile fields will remain editable, and the parent account’s data will not be inherited by the child account.
