I want to unlink the Company Profile of a child account from the parent account in the Account Hierarchy because the child account’s profile is showing the same information as the parent and I cannot edit it directly.

When a child account’s Company Profile is linked to a parent account’s profile, the child account inherits the parent’s Company Profile data, and child account users are prevented from editing their own Company Profile.

Hoe kan ik het bedrijfsprofiel van een onderliggende account loskoppelen?

1. Klik in de rechterbovenhoek van de toepassing op uw initialen > Instellingen en selecteer Serviceabonnementen.
2. Klik op Acties rechts van de gekoppelde onderliggende account die u wilt loskoppelen.
3. Klik op Bedrijfsprofiel loskoppelen.

Als u de account volledig wilt loskoppelen van uw accounthiërarchie, klikt u op Account loskoppelen. Als een bovenliggende en onderliggende account een gekoppeld profiel hebben, wordt alle informatie in het bovenliggende Bedrijfsprofiel weerspiegeld in de onderliggende account. De gebruikers daarvan kunnen de informatie niet bewerken.

Please note that a child account can be connected to a parent account without having the Company Profile linked. In this case, the fields will remain editable, and the parent account’s data will not be inherited by the child account.
