I want to unlink the Company Profile of a child account from the parent account in the Account Hierarchy because the child account’s profile is showing the same information as the parent and I cannot edit it directly.

When a child account’s Company Profile is linked to a parent account’s profile, the child account inherits the parent’s Company Profile data, and child account users are prevented from editing their own Company Profile.

Come si scollega il Profilo società di un account subordinato?

1. Nell’angolo in alto a destra dell’applicazione, fare clic sulle proprie iniziali > Impostazioni e selezionare Gerarchia degli account.
2. Fare clic su Azioni a destra dell'account subordinato collegato che si desidera scollegare.
3. Fare clic su Scollega profilo società.

Se si desidera scollegare del tutto l'account dalla propria Gerarchia degli account, fare clic su Scollega account. Se il profilo di un account superiore è collegato a quello di un account subordinato, tutte le informazioni del Profilo società superiore vengono rispecchiate in quello subordinato e gli utenti dell'account subordinato non possono modificare le informazioni.

Please note that a child account can be connected to a parent account without having the Company Profile linked. In this case, the fields will remain editable, and the parent account’s data will not be inherited by the child account.
