I want to unlink the Company Profile of a child account from the parent account in the Account Hierarchy because the child account’s profile is showing the same information as the parent and I cannot edit it directly.

When a child account’s Company Profile is linked to a parent account’s profile, the child account inherits the parent’s Company Profile data, and child account users are prevented from editing their own Company Profile.

Comment dissocier le Profil de la société d'un compte enfant ?

1. Dans le coin supérieur droit de l'application, cliquez sur vos initiales > Paramètres et sélectionnez Hiérarchie des comptes.
2. Cliquez sur Actions à droite du compte enfant associé à dissocier.
3. Cliquez sur Dissocier profil de la société.

Si vous souhaitez dissocier intégralement le compte de votre hiérarchie des comptes, cliquez sur Dissocier compte. Lorsqu'un compte parent et un compte enfant possèdent un profil associé, toutes les informations du Profil de la société du parent sont reflétées dans l'enfant et les utilisateurs du compte enfant ne peuvent pas les modifier.

Please note that a child account can be connected to a parent account without having the Company Profile linked. In this case, the fields will remain editable, and the parent account’s data will not be inherited by the child account.
