# ¿Cómo se desenlaza el perfil de la empresa de una cuenta secundaria?

## Síntoma

I want to unlink the **Company Profile** of a child account from the parent account because the child account’s profile is showing the same information as the parent. I do not have the option to edit the child account's company profile information.

## Causa

When a child account’s Company Profile is **linked** to a parent account’s profile, the child account inherits the parent’s Company Profile data. Child account users are prevented from editing their own Company Profile.

¿Cómo se desenlaza el **Perfil de la empresa** de una cuenta secundaria?

**Respuesta**

1. En la esquina superior derecha de la aplicación, haga clic en *sus iniciales* > **Configuración** y seleccione **Jerarquía de cuenta**.
2. Haga clic en **Acciones** a la derecha de la cuenta secundaria enlazada que desee desenlazar.
3. Haga clic en **Retirar el enlace de perfil de empresa**.

**Información adicional**

Si desea retirar por completo el enlace de la cuenta de su jerarquía de cuenta, haga clic en **Retirar enlace de cuenta**. Cuando una cuenta principal y una secundaria tienen un perfil enlazado, toda la información del **Perfil de la empresa** de la cuenta principal se refleja en la secundaria. Los usuarios de la cuenta secundaria no podrán editar la información.
