I want to unlink the Company Profile of a child account from the parent account in the Account Hierarchy because the child account’s profile is showing the same information as the parent and I cannot edit it directly.

When a child account’s Company Profile is linked to a parent account’s profile, the child account inherits the parent’s Company Profile data, and child account users are prevented from editing their own Company Profile.

Wie hebe ich die Verknüpfung eines Unternehmensprofils mit einem untergeordneten Konto auf?

1. Klicken Sie rechts oben in der Anwendung auf Ihre Initialen > Einstellungen, und wählen Sie Kontenhierarchie aus.
2. Klicken Sie rechts neben dem verknüpften untergeordneten Konto, dessen Verknüpfung sie aufheben möchten, auf Aktionen.
3. Klicken Sie auf Unternehmensprofil-Verknüpfung aufheben.

Wenn Sie die Verknüpfung des Kontos komplett aus der Kontenhierarchie entfernen möchten, klicken Sie auf Kontoverknüpfung aufheben. Wenn ein übergeordnetes und untergeordnetes Konto ein verknüpftes Profil verwenden, werden alle Informationen im übergeordneten Unternehmensprofil im untergeordneten Element widergespiegelt. Benutzer des untergeordneten Kontos können die Informationen nicht bearbeiten.

Please note that a child account can be connected to a parent account without having the Company Profile linked. In this case, the fields will remain editable, and the parent account’s data will not be inherited by the child account.
