When accessing the buyer's dashboard in Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires, the following message is displayed:

Your requested profile information has been submitted to [Customer Name] and is pending approval.

You will see this message if:

• You recently submitted the response for your Required Profile Fields and your customer did not approve it.
• Your customer invited a different user from your company.
• You are connected to your customer but your customer did not approve your user connection yet.

You must contact the buyer to request approval of your organization/user profile and/or an invitation to your specific email.
