How do I update supplier's email address/ telephone number in my realm?
If the user has a Public status, and has an [Successfully Registered] message, the supplier will need to update the email address/ telephone number in his/her account.
If the user has a Private status, update the contact email for the supplier by following the steps below:
Once these steps have been completed, click Generate Password and have the supplier login using the link they receive to re-establish the connection.
If Application.AOD.EnableAdditionalSupplierUserDataSync and Application.AOD.EnableAutoApproveSupplierUserOnDataSync parameters are turned on for your realm, no action will be required. For more information see, What happens when a supplier organization creates a new Ariba Commerce Cloud user?
