How do I cancel the account hierarchy?

• You must unlink the child account from the parent account. You must be the administrator of the parent account to do it.
• Ensure that archived documents of the child account are downloaded beforehand.
• Ensure all important data has been saved or transferred, as account deletion can lead to permanent data loss.

To cancel the hierarchy, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your SAP Business Network (parent) account.
   
2. In the upper right corner of your screen, choose [user initials] > settings > account hierarchy.
   
3. Click on Actions to the right of the child account that you want to unlink.
   
4. Click Unlink Account.
