I'm only seeing the welcome banner on the buyer's dashboard and not the list of events or questionnaires in the Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires page.
Security features on your computer might cause a blank page when accessing an event.
Use the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Check to see if an ad blocker is installed, such as AdBlock Plus or uBlock. If so, disable or pause it and load the page again.
- Try to sign in using a different browser, and ensure you are using an Ariba certified browser.
- Sign into your account though a private browser (Ctrl+Shift+N).
You may also try this:
- Check the URL on the blank or black page.
- If the URL starts with HTTP, change this to HTTPS.
- Navigate to the new page.
- Accept any security warnings that appear in your browser.
Additionally, Ariba sessions typically involve large quantities of data. Refreshing your browser regularly can resolve multiple issues and enhance your Ariba experience. Take the following steps to update your browser session:
- Clear your cookies and cache--CTRL-ALT-DEL (Windows) or Option-Command-E (Mac/Safari).
- Uncheck any options you do not want to lose (like Saved Passwords or Browser History).
- Specify the period you want the changes to effect (today, 1 month, all-time).
- Select Clear, then log back into your account.
