# 如何在尋源活動或調查表中撰寫訊息？

如何聯絡採購商關於我參與的尋源活動或調查表？

## 解決方案

有兩種方式可從尋源活動傳送訊息。

第一個選項：

1. 從 **Ariba 提案和**調查表 頁面存取活動或調查表。
2. 按一下左上角的 **活動訊息**
3. 按一下 **撰寫訊息** 。
4. 輸入您的訊息並附加任何您需要的檔案。
5. 按一下 \[**傳送**\] 。

第二個選項：

1. 進入尋源活動後，請尋找 **檢查清單** 。
2. 按一下 **提交回應** > **撰寫訊息** 。
3. 輸入您的訊息並附加任何您需要的檔案。
4. 按一下 \[**傳送**\] 。

## 一併查看

採購商必須設定活動，才能允許採購商專案小組和活動參與者之間的訊息。若採購商不允許訊息，則無法撰寫新訊息或回覆現有訊息。

請注意，SAP 支援不會為採購商提供聯絡資訊。
