How do I access a Sourcing event?
Symptom
As a supplier, I would like to know how to access a Sourcing event.
Resolution
There are two ways to access a Sourcing event that you have been invited to:
Option 1: Use the event invitation link
- Click the event invitation link received from the buyer
- Log in or register your Ariba account if prompted
- You will be taken directly to the event or to the Proposals & Questionnaires page
Option 2: Log in directly to your account
- Sign in to your SAP Business Network account
- In the upper-left corner of the user interface, click the dropdown menu > Select Ariba Proposals & Questionnaires
- Locate and open the Sourcing event you were invited to

To participate in a sourcing event, you must be invited by the buyer. If you have not received an invitation, please contact the buyer directly to request one.
