In a Combined Spend Workspace, why did the Total Approved Amount and Available Amount not update with the new amount correctly after Proposed Contract Amount, or Proposed Incremental Amount for Approval was fully approved?

If the approval task is associated to a contract folder or document, rather than associated to the Contract Workspace itself, then from the approval task under Advanced Task Details, confirm that Update approved amount in parent workspace is checked-off . This setting is only visible from the contract's template.

• This approval task setting is driven by parameter: Application.ACM.EnableCombinedSpendDocumentLevelApproval
• If the task was fully approved already without this checked, a new round must be started with this checked off and the task must be fully approved again
