# How do I submit an Improvement or Enhancement Request for SAP Ariba Procurement through the SAP Customer Influence Portal?

## Symptom

How do I submit an **Improvement** or **Enhancement Request** for SAP Ariba Procurement through the **SAP Customer Influence Portal**?

## Resolution

SAP Ariba Support does not handle **Enhancement** or **Functionality change** requests directly. Product Management reviews and approves these requests.

To propose a change, submit an **Improvement Request** through the **Influence Portal**.

To submit an **Improvement Request**:

1. Sign in to the **Influence Portal**, Link: [SAP Customer Influence Portal](https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaigns-open/?sort=&tags=%255B%257B%2522ID%2522:9081,%2522NAME%2522:%2522IMPROVE%252520my%252520product%2522,%2522GROUP_ID%2522:6,%2522ROOTGROUPID%2522:6%257D%255D&search=)
2. Click the project tile for **SAP Ariba Procurement** (or the relevant product).
3. Click **Submit Improvement** in the **Overview** section.
4. Enter a **Title**, select a **Category**, and complete the **Enhancement Template**.
5. Click **Submit** at the bottom right to send your **Improvement Request**.

Note: When creating a new request, the **Similar Improvement Requests** section automatically displays existing requests that may match your idea. Review these before submitting to avoid duplicates.
