The customer is using Microsoft Azure ADFS to manage SSO login. When attempting to log into Ariba, they receive error code:
AADSTS65005: The client application has requested access to the resource. This request has failed because the client has not specified this resource in its requiredResourceAccess list.
The customer has an incorrect Identifier URL in their SSO config. Please check to make sure they have http://REALMNAME.sourcing.ariba.com or http://REALMNAME.procurement.ariba.com instead of https.
