How do I invite participants to my event?

New Suppliers participating in event.

Supplier did not migrate to supplier manager

To invite suppliers to an event, Edit the event and follow these steps:

1. Click Suppliers on the left side of the Event page.
2. Click Invite Participants.
3. Alternatively, you can click Excel Import to import a list of suppliers.

1. Search for the supplier
2. If the supplier is unlisted in Supplier Manager,
3. Select Create Participant
4. In the search results, select the participants
5. To add more participants, Select Add More.
6. When you are done searching for participants, click OK to return to the Suppliers page.
