What is the Account Linking feature?
Account Linking allows you to link multiple accounts from the same organization in a parent-child relationship, enabling centralized management of profiles and services across all linked accounts.
The parent account administrator can perform various administrative and service-related tasks on behalf of all child accounts within the Linked Accounts.
Key Benefits:
Centralized Service Management
A main administrator from the parent account can manage services across all subsidiary accounts, reducing operational complexity.
Subscription Alignment
The administrator can synchronize subscription start and end dates across all linked accounts, allowing for simultaneous renewal and expiration cycles.
Flexible Account Realignment
Subsidiary accounts can be linked to a parent account regardless of whether they have already subscribed to services independently.
Consolidated Billing
All subscription charges for child accounts can be managed and paid through the parent account in one payment.
Seamless Access with Permissions
Users with Account Hierarchy Administration and Child Account Access permissions can log into child accounts without needing to enter separate credentials.
You can link any number of child accounts to a single parent account. Account linking is particularly useful for large enterprises with decentralized operations that require coordinated service and subscription management.
