How to create approval conditions from a Dform?

A field from a DForm can only be used in a condition at the template level in an Approval task that is directly associated with that DForm.

Follow below Steps to create Dform Condition

1. Click Actions > Create New Version > Click Tasks tab > Edit DForm task

2. Click Approval Flow icon (Parallel / Series / Custom)

3. Click Condition dropdown All are true

4. Select Reference to Condition > Create Condition

Note: When you create the condition from within the Approval task, the system automatically creates it with Document scope, not Project scope.

1. Any field visible at the template level can be used in a condition, including:

   • Fields used to evaluate conditions during creation

   • Fields that display project information

2. If you select This is a Form, note the following:

   • Only form header fields are available

   • Terms are not available for selection
