How to create approval conditions form a d-from?

Can I make a condition from a field within a dForm?

A field from a dForm can only be used in a condition at the template level as an approval rule condition in an Approval task that is directly associated with the dForm.

When creating the condition in the approval flow, you can select to either see fields from the Contract Workspace or from the Form.

Additional Information

1. Any field you see in the Contract Workspace can be put to use, this includes:

• Fields used to check conditions during creation.
• Fields that display project information.

2. On the overview page of the Contract Workspace Procurement, all visible fields will be shown in the header section.

3. If you select This is a Form, please be aware that:

• Only form header fields will be displayed.
• Terms will be excluded from this selection.
