How do I reset / change my Business Network supplier account password?

How do I reset/change my supplier account password on the Business Network without having to contact support?

Follow the steps below to reset your password if you have forgotten your current password. In case you have access to the account, you can change the password from within the account by following the second scenario.

1. Go to Supplier Login page.
2. Enter your Username, click Next.
   • If you don't know your registered username, click on Forgot Username and enter your email address. The system will send you a message with the list of usernames associated with the entered email.
3. Click Forgot password.
4. Enter your Email Address > Click Submit.

An email is sent containing a link to reset your password.

1. If the email address is linked to only one account.
   
   1. Open the email and click the provided password reset link.
   2. On the Password Reset page, enter New Password and Confirm Password.
   3. Click Submit.
   
   
2. If the email address is linked to multiple accounts.
   
   1. Open the email and review the list of associated usernames.
   2. Click the username for the account the user wants to reset.
   3. On the Password Reset page, enter New Password and Confirm Password.
   4. Click Submit.

You can now sign in to your account with your new password.

If you remember your current password follow the steps to change it by signing into SAP Business network Supplier Account

1. Click [User Initials] > My Account.
2. Click Change Password under Account Information
3. Enter Current Password, New Password and Confirm Password.
4. Click Save Password.

The passwords must:

• contain between 8 and 32 characters
• include at least one lowercase letter
• include at least one uppercase letter
• include at least one numeric digit
• include at least one special character. The special characters permitted are !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_`{|}~

The password cannot have repetitive or sequential characters. For example, Booook9876&, P1234#unit.

Passwords are case-sensitive.

If you are unable to reset your password or sign in after following the above steps, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
