How do I find a purchase order? Can I look up a PO by number?

若要搜尋特定的採購單：

1. 從應用程式功能表，點選 [訂單]。
2. 點選搜尋圖示 (放大鏡)。
3. 輸入採購單 ID 並點選 [搜尋] 鍵。

搜尋會傳回符合搜尋詞彙 ID 的 PO，或符合搜尋詞彙 ID 開頭的 PO。

例如，若您搜尋「PO123」：

應用程式會搜尋任何訂單狀態的採購單，不論您的供應商、位置、或時間範圍設定是什麼。 搜尋區分大小寫，所以搜尋「PO」不會傳回 ID 由「po」開始的訂單。

搜尋後，您可點選訂單以檢視訂單詳細資料。

Orders that are over 365 days old can only be found if searched manually by exact number.

If you want to view the full list of orders in your account instead of a specific PO, set the Creation date filter to Last 365 days and click Apply.
