How do I find a purchase order? Can I look up a PO by number?
特定の注文書を検索するには、以下の手順に従います。
- アプリメニューから [オーダー] をタップします。
- 検索アイコン (虫眼鏡) をタップします。
- 注文書 ID を入力して [検索] キーをタップします。
検索によって、検索用語または検索用語の最初と一致する ID とともに PO が返されます。
たとえば、「PO123」を検索すると仮定します。

このアプリでは、サプライヤ、場所、期間の設定に関係なくあらゆるオーダー状況の注文書が検索されます。 検索では大文字と小文字が区別されるため、「PO」の検索では「po」で始まる ID は返されません。
検索後に、オーダーをタップしてオーダーの詳細を表示することができます。
Orders that are over 365 days old can only be found if searched manually by exact number.
If you want to view the full list of orders in your account instead of a specific PO, set the Creation date filter to Last 365 days and click Apply.
