I want to delegate my authority to another user.

Resolution

You delegate your authority by following these steps:

Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select Delegate Authority.

An administrator sets up delegation by following this path:

Navigate to Manage > Administration (or Core Administration on a suite-integrated site) > User Manager > Delegations.

Additional Information:

You must be logged in as an individual user to delegate authority; you cannot do this while acting as another user.
You cannot delegate a single task, workspace, or specific function—you must delegate the entire approval authority of the user to another person.
On suite-integrated sites, you submit delegation through Core Administration (Buyer). This functionality is no longer available through Administration (Sourcing).
In parent-child (FPC) realms, Delegate Authority appears only under Preferences in the child site(s) and not in the parent site.
You use delegation in Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) the same way you use it in other SAP products.
