# How do I find out my realm name?

## Symptom

I need to find the realm name of my SAP Ariba site, for example to provide it to SAP Support when I open a case.

## Resolution

To find your realm name:

1. Sign in to your SAP Ariba site.
2. Find the realm name in the URL. Site URLs follow these patterns:
3. Copy the value immediately after realm= — this is **\[realm name\]**. Provide that value, or the entire URL, in your support case.

Note: This applies to SAP Ariba Procurement and SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing. SAP Business Network and the Next-gen SAP Ariba identify sites differently and are out of scope here — SAP Business Network accounts use an ANID rather than a realm name.
