I would like to send a Trading Relationship Request (TRR) to a supplier in SAP Business Network to start transaction, but I am unable to send a Trading Relationship Request (TRR) when I search for a supplier under Search for Suppliers as Request Relationship button is greyed out.

You can follow the below steps to send a trading relationship request to your supplier:

1. Navigate to the Home Page.
2. Welcome to SAP Business Network banner > Trading Partner in the search field, use the search field to locate the supplier.
3. The system may automatically pre-populate some results. To view all results and details, click the Search button.
4. After locating the supplier, click on the [supplier's name].
5. On the profile page, click the Request for Information at the top right > Invite.
6. Choose the appropriate Relationship Type > Click Invite to complete the process.
