Enabling Total Landed Cost for Taxes and Charges in Requisitions and Purchase Orders

Is Total Landed Cost (TLC) enabled by default?
Answer
No, an Ariba Customer Support Administrator must set the site configuration option Application.Procure.EnableTaxesChargesAndDiscount to enable you to view and edit taxes, charges, and discounts on requisitions and purchase orders.

- Who can edit the taxes and charges applied to the requisitions?
- Members belonging to the new Tax Editor and Charge Editor groups to enable them to edit taxes and charges on requisitions.
- Who can edit and add the discounts?
- The user who can edit the price of item can add/edit the discounts.
- Who can access the Tax Manager workbench provided with this feature?
- Users belonging to the Tax Manager group can access this workbench.
- Will existing tax data be migrated to new tax engine?
- Yes, as per the GA, the existing data on the old tax engine to new tax engine automatically.
