Resolution

You can set up hours with BPC or Consulting by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

For larger customisation requests that need to be handled on a project basis, your CSM will be able to help you engage with a consulting resource to assist in building them.


If you do not know who your CSM is, please reach out to the Customer Interaction Center in your region for assistance.
