Resolution

You can set up hours with BPC or Consulting by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

For larger customization requests that need to be handled on a project basis, your CSM will be able to help you engage with a consulting resource to assist in building them.

If you do not know who your CSM is, please reach out to the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) in your region for assistance. Kindly refer to our website SAP Support: Contact CIC.
