Can suppliers participate in the event after declining the bidder agreement?

A supplier cannot participate in the event unless he/she accepts the bidder agreement and responds to any prerequisite questions.

If a supplier declines the bidder agreement accidentally, they can still accept the bidder agreement to participate in the event. Please refer to the following steps:

1. Log in to the Ariba Sourcing account.
2. Click on the title of the event to open it.
3. In the event page, click on the Review Prerequisites button.
4. Select I accept the terms of this agreement, and respond to any prerequisite questions.
5. Click OK.

Once the above steps are followed, the participant can participate in the event.
