Why can't I see my supplier in Ariba Buyer?

You are unable to find your supplier because their profile visibility is disabled. Suppliers can follow the steps listed below to enable profile visibility:

1. Click [Initials] > Company Profile
2. On the right hand side of the screen, click Profile Visibility Settings
3. Uncheck the box next to: Do not expose my company in search results on SAP Business Network Discovery and SAP Business Network
4. Click OK
5. Click Save

Once this box is unchecked, you should be able to find your supplier in your search.

Keep in mind that the steps above are taken by the supplier. Some suppliers will prefer to have their profiles hidden from unconnected buyers. If this is the case, you will have to ask the supplier for their SAP Business Network ID number (ANID) so that you can send an invite directly.
