I need to change the language displayed in my SAP Ariba applications, but I am not sure which settings to update.

The language you see in your SAP Ariba account is based on two settings: the language in your user profile and the language preference in your web browser. Both must be updated for the change to take effect.

First, update your SAP Ariba profile:

1. Sign in to your SAP Ariba account.
2. In the upper-right corner, click your Profile (the circle with your initials) > Change Default Locale and Currency.
3. Set the Locale to your desired language and update the Default Currency if needed.
4. Click OK.
5. Sign out of your SAP Ariba account.

Next, you will need to update your browser settings:

1. Update your web browser’s primary language setting to match the language you selected.
2. Close and reopen your browser, then sign in to your SAP Ariba account to view the changes.

Please note, if the language you select is not supported by SAP Ariba, the application will default to English. If you need assistance changing your browser’s language settings, please contact your internal IT team.
