What is a trading relationship?
SAP Business Network
A trading relationship is a link between your supplier account and your customer's account on the SAP Business Network. It allows for the transfer of documents such as purchase orders and invoices between you and your customer.
If you do not have a trading relationship with a customer, you will not be able to invoice for that customer or complete any related actions.
Hvad er en handelsrelation?
En handelsrelation er en forbindelse mellem din leverandørkonto og kundens konto hos Ariba Network. Den giver mulighed for overførsel af dokumenter som indkøbsordrer og fakturaer mellem dig og kunden.
Hvis du ikke har en handelsrelation med kunden, kan du ikke fakturere for den pågældende kunde eller udføre relaterede handlinger.
Hvis du vil etablere en handelsrelation med en kunde på Ariba Network, skal du oplyse dit Ariba Network-id (ANID) til kunden. Det finder du ved at klikke på [brugerinitialer] øverst til højre i applikationen. Din kunde kan bruge dette id til at tilføje dit firma som handelspartner og sende dig en anmodning om en handelsrelation.
Når du etablerer en relation med din kunde, vil du kunne modtage og fakturere indkøbsordrer, som de sender dig.
Der kræves en handelsrelation for at kunne foretage transaktioner med kunden på både Enterprise- og Standard-konti.
A trading relationship will be required to transact with your customer on both Enterprise and Standard Accounts.
If you would like current or future trading relationships to be Automatically accepted, please ensure that this preference is turned on at the top of the page.
To set your account to manually review all relationships, follow these steps:
- Click on Advanced View on the right.
- From the customer relationships page, click on the Current Relationships tab.
- Select Manually review all relationship requests and click the Update button.
- All future relationships will need to be reviewed and will wait in the Pending section of your account.
