• Team members with Project Owner, Event Administrator and Active Team Members roles cannot see all event messages in event Message Section;

SAP Ariba Sourcing

1. Access your realm;
2. Open an event;
3. Go to Message section;

Your user could not have roles to open the message, missing Event Access All Messages role.

Event Access All Messages is a role/permission needed to assign to a project group at the event/template level for those members to see all of the email notifications in the event message board by team members.

If owners with the above-mentioned role still cannot see all messages, it's because the rule Can owner see responses before event closes rule is set to No. In this case they will be able to see all messages only after the event closes.

To add the Event Access All Messages role, you need to follow these steps:

1. Edit the event by clicking Actions > Edit.
2. Click Team > Actions > Edit.
3. Select any existing group or create a new group > Select Role.
4. Search for Event Access All Messages and select it.
5. Click Done > Add users > OK.
6. Update the event.

These steps give a user permission to see all of the messages from the system.

If owners with the above-mentioned role still cannot see all messages, it's because the rule Can owner see responses before event closes rule is set to No. In this case they will be able to see all messages only after the event closes.
